Toys For Infants
Ever since I was pregnant for my first daughter in 2007, I have loved Baby Einstein’s toys for infants. I was drawn to the DVDs, CDs, toys and play mats. I had to have them and got several as gifts for my baby shower. When she arrived, her favorites were Baby Einstein! In 2010, my second daughter arrived and she got the hand me down Baby Einstein products. They were worth the money because 3 years later they worked perfectly and she enjoyed them just as much as her big sister. I was recently given the opportunity to review a toy from their new line, I was so excited to open the box with the Baby Einstein Music and Discovery Travel Mirror.
Interactive Musical Toys
My daughter loves music and her favorites are interactive musical toys! When I opened the box, my 18 month old was hovering around me circling the box. Her eyes lit up and this ear to ear smile came over her. She didn’t even let me open the package she wanted to play with it right away. She loves looking at herself in the mirror and once she realized it played music and lit up. She sat on the floor laughing at herself, making faces and pushing the buttons to make the lights and music continue for what seemed like hours (its a good thing I enjoy classical music). She really loved the bold primary colors and animals on the mirror, she kept pointing to the puppy saying “pup” over and over. It was really cute. The mirror is for the car so it has a great strap for attaching it to the headrest which adjusts very easily. It has several modes: which introduce children to shapes, colors, 3 different languages, music, lights and music or lights only. This toy is for ages 0+, I only wish I had it when my little one was smaller. You can purchase this mirror for $29.99.
Baby Einstein came out with a whole new line of toys including: Sweet Seas Dream Mobile, Sea Dreams Soother, Peek-A-Scene, Count and Discover Treasure Chest and Baby Neptune Activity Saucer. Check them out on Facebook!
