Provella Probiotic Dietary Supplement Review

Provella Probiotic Dietary Supplement

Provella Probiotic Dietary Supplement

I am not big on taking supplements or any medicines/vitamins for that matter.  When I was given the opportunity to review the Provella Probiotic Dietary Supplement I was hesitant but boy am I glad I have given it a shot.  I have issues with digestion but never realized there were supplements that would help with that.  I started taking it on a day I knew I wasn’t leaving the house, there are some potential side effects and I didn’t want to encounter them in public but I was worried for no reason because nothing happened.  In fact, I felt great and have continued to feel great throughout the 30 day trial.  Sad to say before I received Provella I didn’t even know what a probiotic was…crazy right?!

What Is A Probiotic

The big question in my mind was what is a Probiotic?  I quickly realized that probiotics are actually live microorganisms that we take for health benefits.  When you don’t have the right balance of good and bad bacteria in your body you tend to have issues such as constipation and or diarrhea.  Provella has been designed specifically for women to help not only maintain but restore the balance of good bacteria in our bodies all while supporting digestive and vaginal health.

I tend to have digestive issues more often than not and taking Provella has been wonderful, I finally have the balance of good bacteria and it has made a big impact on my daily life.  I have religiously taken 1 tablet my mouth each day, the great thing is that it can be taken with or without food.  No need to chew or crush, swallow whole…the size of the tablet was perfect (not too big and not too small)!  Of course as with everything, in order to have the full benefit that Provella provides you need to take it everyday.  The potential side effects are gas and bloating neither of which I experienced.  It’s important to store Provella in a cool, dry place and out of reach of children (it doesn’t have a child proof cap).  It does contain a trace amount of milk from the fermentation process but is gluten free and will work for vegetarians.  You can purchase Provella for $32.99 for 3o tablets.  You can buy it at your local pharmacy behind the counter but without a prescription or on drugstore.com, you can download a coupon from their website for some extra savings!

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting forProvella. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.
