Thomas and Friends Schoolhouse Delivery
Back to school is literally right around the corner and what better way to kick off the new school year than to watch Thomas and Friends Schoolhouse Delivery. Even though I have two little girly girls, I still have train mania going on in my house. They love trains especially Thomas and all his friends. We have the train table with all the accessories you can think of…little mini princesses maybe riding in the trains but my girls play trains with the best of them. We record Thomas & Friends on our DVR so we can have a Thomas fix at a moments notice, it was great to get the new Schoolhouse Delivery DVD for review because we needed some new episodes to watch. There are 4 awesome fun filled adventures: Diesel’s Special Delivery, Being Percy, Henry’s Health and Safety and Happy Hiro.
Synopsis
School’s in session and there are important lessons to be learned on the Island of Sodor. Diesel gets a hero’s welcome when he makes a Really Useful delivery to the schoolhouse. Percy gets a lesson in responsibility after he runs into trouble trying to be like the bigger engines! Henry gets trained in how to handle health and safety emergencies; while Hiro teaches Thomas about his happy homeland. Join the Steam Team for a bring journey to the Head of the Class!
Back To School
After watching the DVD my daughter who starts Pre-K this year says “I can’t wait to go back to school to meet new friends and learn new things”! We really enjoyed this new DVD, I can always count on Thomas & Friends to have wholesome shows that teach kindness, working together and how to be a good friend. I am very picky about what my kids watch because most of the shows on TV are not nice and are a bad influence. I let my 1 year old watch with her big sister and she really loved it as well even thought its slated for 2-5 years old. It runs about 48 minutes and has some great bonus features (The Mighty Magnet Game and Guess Who Puzzles). I never used to give the bonus features a second look but there are some really awesome activities that the kids love. Check them out on Facebook for more information!
